By financially securing your deposit you accept these terms of contract.

Each client is important to Paws Together and the terms of contract are to safeguard the client’s interests and those of Paws Together. It is the client’s responsibility to be familiar with our terms and conditions provided.

Securing your booking
Your boarding booking is only considered as secure after the payment of a £50.00 non- refundable deposit. The deposit fee will be deducted from the outstanding balance.

Three weeks prior to the boarding booking, Paws Together will require a 50% payment of the total fee for the duration of boarding. The remaining 50% will be required at the end of the boarding period and payable in cash upon collection/drop off or by bank transfer, allowing three days for funds to clear prior to collection/drop off.

Paws Together reserves the right to release the date without financial recourse if the client has not adhered to the terms and conditions or has given reason to doubt the booking is valid and genuine in accordance with the services provided.

If the client cancels the booking, any monies already paid are non refundable. The right is reserved to charge the remaining fee for any bookings that are cancelled with less than two weeks notice.

Cancellations must be made in writing and are actioned on the date they are received. Proof of postage or receipt of email must be available.
Client details are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be passed to a third party.

Paws Together care about the physical and mental wellbeing of your dog and our terms and conditions are to ensure the best care of your dog is in place at all times.
Paws Together require a completed and signed contract prior to the commencement of any of our services and the agreement will include fees, methods of payment and all permissions sought for care.

All dogs are required to be in good general health.

Proof of vaccinations and/or medication must be provided.

All dogs must be free from fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites.

All food, supplements and medication needs are to be provided by you the owner, for the duration of all services

In the case of an emergency, Paws Together will make every effort to contact you but will make the emergency care of your dog our priority.

Owners are responsible for the payment of any veterinary fees incurred.

If your dog is not able to be walked with other dogs for any reason, or requires individual attention, it is the owner’s responsibility to inform us.

Owners must disclose any behaviour or health problems which may make the dog unsuitable for any of our services. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions.

Bitches in season will not be accepted for walking but will be accepted for house visits.

When dogs are under the care of Paws Together, a suitable collar and lead must be provided.
No more than 6 dogs will be walked together by one handler, unless dogs are from the same household.
Walks will last for the stated duration unless weather or health limitations affect your dog however the full fee is still payable.

If we are unable to gain access to your dog on scheduled days, depending on the circumstances, a service fee may still be chargeable.

Information regarding the client or their dog will never be released to any third parties except where a vet is required. Paws together respect the privacy and safety of their clients and dogs in our care.

All content is retained as full and complete title by Paws Together and all redistribution, resale or alteration of said content is prohibited worldwide. Submitted material is taken as permission to be used by Paws Together.
